    Although these have been taken out of the box, that's as far as they ever got.  They have never been used in any way, whatsoever. These require standard D batteries (batteries not included in this sale). You can also use rechargable D batteries. The lights are brand new.  Everything is perfect about this pair of traffic barracade lights. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will receive.
